The Mission were quite difficult to photograph – a heavy night for them the night before and having to try and flatter four people in one photograph – it didn’t bode well. We spent some time shooting in Waterloo station and on the ‘drain’ trainline. I drew on the print with a chinagraph crayon prior to exposing it under the enlarger – for the final image.
