Blind wax resist text writings/drawings are performed live to camera. They mark responses to words coming from the radio during lock down. The words are drawn ‘blind’ in advance on scrolls of white paper, using a white wax candle. Sponges of ink are used to reveal the instructions, directions and platitudes.
